Chrissy Davis, MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC
Founder of Embody Health Texas | Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Chrissy Davis is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Embody Health Texas. She is passionate about redefining women’s healthcare through a model rooted in access, autonomy, and whole-person care. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with an integrative perspective, creating a personalized and empowering experience that supports women through every stage of life.
Her healthcare journey began in 2009 with the U.S. Air Force in Aeromedical Evacuation, where she developed a strong foundation in trauma and critical care. She later worked at Parkland Hospital in Dallas while earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. After becoming a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, she went on to serve as the Director of Women’s Health Services for a private practice before founding Embody Health Texas.
Chrissy has extensive experience in hormone health, including perimenopause and menopause, as well as mental health, primary care, weight loss, gynecology, and preventive wellness. She is especially passionate about meeting women where they are in their healthcare journey, offering thoughtful, individualized care that helps patients feel heard, informed, and confident in the decisions they make for their health.
She believes the best care comes from looking beyond isolated symptoms and understanding the full picture of a woman’s health. Through collaboration with the integrative healthcare community, Chrissy works to provide comprehensive support that helps women better understand their bodies, optimize their well-being, and feel empowered in every season of life.
As a wife and mother of three daughters, Chrissy is deeply inspired by the opportunity to help shape a future where women’s healthcare is more compassionate, comprehensive, and aligned with the real needs of women today.
